Working Partner (Inclusiveness Position)
Gloria Kampingu Manong'a will be responsible for music content analysis, monitoring and evaluation, assist manage our website programs and projects in order for us to fulfill our intended purpose of music promotion, sales, marketing and distribution, assist in rectifying problems arising within Music industry circles in Malawi so we fulfill our intended purpose of serving musicians in Malawi better. Gloria Manong'a is in our management team due to the fact that, Malankie Music and (MUM) are in partnership agreement as working partner hence the need to include her on board. Our partnership agreement is based on inclusiveness that is the reason why we have included Gloria Manong'a here, which means anyone who represent MUM as a President will be included here doing the same thing as Gloria is appointed for.
